Voted Best Landscape and LawnCare Service in Rockford! Again.

Nearly 1,000 Rockfordians converged on Giovanni’s Restaurant & Convention Center, Wednesday, November 6th for the Rockford Register Star’s annual 'What Rocks' awards, honoring 2019’s best small businesses.

For the second time, LawnCare By Walter was voted Best Landscape & LawnCare Service in Rockford. “We are so humbled by this recognition,” said Debbie Walter. She and her husband Mark opened their lawn care business nearly 34 years ago. Mark added, “We really want to thank our many customers who took the time and effort to select our company as their favorite in our category. All of us at LawnCare By Walter wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season.”

Almost 200 plaques were awarded, with winners selected via reader’s choice. LawnCare By Walter also took first place in 2017 and placed as a finalist last year. This event marked the 21st anniversary of the Register Star recognizing the best of more than 20,000 businesses and professionals in the Forest City.
