Ornamental value and landscape use: Eclipse hydrangea is one of LawnCare by Walter’s favorites and is becoming more popular in Rockford as the winters get milder. A true hydrangea with dark purple/pink leaves, whose bulbs resemble mops, this beautiful foliage can add a unique element to your lawn and make a great complement to other foliage. Although the lovely flowerheads may not survive a cold winter in Rockford, they make a welcoming addition to any landscape when they do appear. So, if you are looking to create a dramatic, moody look to your garden, you’ll definitely want to give Eclipse hydrangea a try!
